This marinade would work well on a lot of vegetables. Brussell sprouts, squash, okra. Blanching the asparagus before grilling is neat trick.

I'm not much of an asparagus fan... But I loved this recipe! I'll definitely be making this again - a quick an easy side dish to any meal!

These were very good. We had some Asparagus about to go bad in the fridge so we tried this, we love grilled vegetables, so we grilled up onion and red pepper as well chopped it and tossed it with butter, fettuccine and olive oil. AMAZING!!

Sooooo good!! My boyfriend commented "this is the best asparagus I've ever had." I didn't put them directly on the grill, I put them in a pie tin on the grill and they turned out great.

My kids think asparagus tastes like pee. I was surprised when I looked at their plates and they had some on them to begin with & then doubley surprised when they plates where empty. Good stuff.

This was delicious. I might try sesame oil next time instead of olive oil. I made this with the Dark Balsamic Soy Grilled Salmon and mashed potatoes and it made a great combo.
