What is better than grilled cheese?
Unroll the crescent roll dough and divide in half.
Seal perforations.
Line an ungreased 8 inch square baking dish with half of the dough.
Layer with all five cheeses. Pour egg over all.
Top with remaining dough. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
If you don't have all of the cheeses, you can substitute without harming the flavor.
