Crispy, golden & yummy
Butter four slices of bread while non-stick pan is heating to medium and place in pan buttered side down
Place two slices of cheese on each slice of bread in the skillet
Butter four more slices of bread and place over cheese buttered side up
Cook 3 - 4 minutes (lift corn carefully with spatula to check for right amount of browning)
When light brown and toasty
Flip sandwiches over and toast another 3 - 4 minutes checking browning every 1 to 2 minutes
Must keep a close eye on the sandwiches so they don't burn
