"Made this tonight. Didn't have rosemary or cumin so kind of mix and matched with the alternate recipe an added thyme with oregano. Marinated for 6 hours straight to the grill. Had amazing taste and was perfectly juicy and tender. Will definitely be making again soon"
Place chicken in shallow dish. Combine all ingredients, pour over both sides of chicken. Cover and refrigerate, fish up to 2 hours and chicken overnight if you wish. Grill covered or broil about 10 min. each side until done, serve immediately.
Variation: Garlic-herb marinade for chicken or fish: Prepare marinade as above, omitting cumin and using only 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Add 1 teaspoon dried thyme or 1 teaspoon oregano and 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary.

Fergcx1 10m agoI love this marinade! I have used it for chicken and fish and it is delicious on both. Each time I've made it I skipped the cumin and did a thyme/Rosemary combo. Will continue to use this!

Heatherina 1y agoIt was good and helped the chicken be perfectly tender which is a plus, but it wasn't high in flavor. Next time I'd try something with more spice.
