Preheat grill
Stir together garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cayenne.Brush tomatoes with mix. Grill, covered, turning once until lightly charred; about 12 minutes. Transfer to plate
Brush steak and rolls with garlic oil. Grill rolls, turning occasionally, about 2 minutes. Grill steaks. Let meat rest and thinly slice. Coarsely chop rolls and tomatoes and toss in bowl with rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Top with bread salad.
