Great for summer or winter this little recipe will have even the most demanding guests coming back for more!!!
First wash the chicken breasts and remove any excess fat. Pour all ingredients into a large bowl.Only put 1/2 the chunks in the mix, and save the rest with all of the slices. Place only the juice in the marinade. Mix well and add salt and pepper. Arrange chicken breasts in bowl and let marinade of 2 hours. On a medium-high heat grill(charcoal is my choice but not necessary), and place chicken on grill. Ensure chicken is spaced properly and let cook for 32 mins. That is 8 mins between flips. Discard excess marinade and place pineapples on the grill midway through the process. After the chicken is juicy and the juicy run clear, remove it from the grill. Let pineapples cook approx 5 mins more and remove to place on chicken. The flavor is amazing, and you can play with the ingredients to taste. I use 2 beers and more Italian dressing but you be the judge.
