Suggest a better description1. Combine juices and spices in a bowl - mix well
2. In a large bowl mix the cubes fish with 1/4 cup of the juice mixture - add the tomatoes, onion, fruit and jalapeno -mix well and stand for 3 minutes
3. Spread the fish mixture in a 9x13 glass baking dish - bake 425 for 8 minutes or until fish is done
4. Meanwhile - cook pasta in boiling saled water - drain and place in a pre-heated serving bowl. Add the baked fish mixture and toss - pour the remaining juice mix into baking dish - warm the juice and deglze the pan -- scrape contents of the pan into the pasta and toss - add olive oil and toss again - add cilantro and toss a final time - serve immediately.
(can use chilean sea bass, alaska cod, orange roughy, turbot, flounder or any other mild firm white fish.) Recipe says it is not good left over but I completely disagree! This is definitely a low fat meal!
