Delicious and simple. Make it the night before and have a wonderful brunch main dish.
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Cook broccoli. Cut out a doughnut from each slice of bread. Put scape of bread in pan. Layer cheese, ham, onions, and broccoli on top of bread (in that order). Put bread doughnuts on top in 3x4 pattern. Mix eggs, milk, and mustard. Pour over top, soaking the bread thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Let sit a few minutes before serving.
