Ham and cream cheese rolled around a scallion.
In a small bowl, mash together the cream cheese and chives. Lay the ham slices on work surface and spread the cheese/chive mixture on each slice of ham.
On the edge of each cheese covered ham slice, lay a scallion and roll into a log shape. Refrigerate the logs for about 30 minutes. Slice each log into 1/2 inch pieces and arrange attractively on a platter.
Serve with crackers.
