Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Food spray to 6 muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients. Add yogurt and beaten egg. Stir only until well blended. Pour batter in to muffin tin.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until center of muffin springs back when gently pressed.
