I wanted to make an old family favorite soup healthier, I cam eup with this and the family loved it.
1. Dice all the vegetables and put in sprayed Dutch oven to sauté. Put lid on to let the veggie "sweat" 2. Brown the turkey and sausage in another pan. Once browned add to veggie mixture. 3. Add water and bullion, let simmer for 30 min 4. Stir occasionally while soup simmers, add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning to taste. 5. Enjoy!
