Suggest a better descriptionMix breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, olive oil, salt & pepper. Coat each pork cop with breadcrumb mixture. Wrap each pork chop individually in plastic wrap then in the freezer bag.
Thaw completely, broil pork chops on high for 2-3 min each side. Lower temp of oven to 350' & bake for 20 min or until tender.
