Wonderful salmon recipe that goes well with almost anything. Serve with rice, pasta, or potatoes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix oil, Juice, and spices.
Select pan that is just enough to lay salmon flat on bottom of pan so salmon will be somewhat submerged in mixture.
Coat bottom of pan with layer of mixture and place salmon with skin on bottom in pan in a single layer with minor overlap.
Pour remaining mixture over salmon to completely coat salmon and try to immersed salmon as much as possible in mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
Quick and easy recipe that you can easily modify to taste and have fun with. I would have added basil to this recipe but I was out so I might update this next time I make it to add basil depending on the result and will add a photo. Enjoy!
