It is accompanied with buttered rice and boiled vegetables.....its really yummy....the mild taste of honey give you a classic touch.
Clean and wash the prawns.Melt butter and saute chopped garlic&ginger.Add the prawns and cook it a while.Add tomato ketchup,salt,pepper and honey.Saute it and finally add the brandy(if needed,not necessary).The prawn is ready now.Take a serving plate and place the buttered rice with the help of a mould,round shape,arrange the prawns in rice(round shape, tail on top).Saute boiled vegetables in butter and arrange it on the plate.Garnish the rice with parsley on top of the rice.Serve hot.
