Suggest a better description1-Brush fish with coconut oil, salt and pepper it lightly.
2-Mix together mustard, horseradish, and honey.
3-Lay fish on the pan and give it 3 minutes.
4-Flip and grill other side for 3 minutes.
5-Brush with the glaze, turn and coat the other side, too. give it another minute or so and then pull it off.
6-Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper and 1 teaspoon minced parsley over the fillet. Serve with any remaining glaze.
