I really enjoyed it, but one thing I always do is as Emeril would say is kick it up, I added about four Oz. of sliced jalape?os, and some shredded cheddar to it, I put more crab in it also, but it was excellent, I do apologize for any changes if they upset you, I was trained as a gourmet chef, several years ago, and one thing I learned more than anything else is that a true chef is willing to try something new or different, even in existing recipes. Ooooooomg! This is a great recipe! My husband who claims to not like seafood tore this dip up! I used a baguette to dip into it with and it was amazing. The only change I made was 8 oz of crabmeat and a little old bay at the suggestion of other reviewers. I will defenetly make this again.
