Adapted from Ben and Jerry's.
Using Mix Master, whisk eggs about 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Add sugar bit by bit. Whisk until completely blended, about 1 minute more. Add cream, milk and whisk to blend. Add peppermint extract and blend again.
Freeze according to ice cream maker's instructions.
About 2 minutes before finished, add oreos.
Makes 1 quart.
