Spicy Jamaican seasoning

"Rubbed a pork shoulder and cooked it in the smoker at 225 for 8 hours. It was GREAT!"

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
2 tbs Onion powder
1 tbs Sugar
1 tbs Salt
1 tbs Ground thyme
1 1/2 tsp Ground allspice
3/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp Ground red pepper

Original recipe makes 4

Servings  

Preparation

Stir together all ingredients. Store in airtight container at room temperature. Rub seasoning on meats or poultry before grilling or roasting.

Notes

I used it with the baked french fry recipe # 152634 it was great on them.
