Ready in 45 minutes

Great for football Sundays

1 package cream cheese - 8oz; softened
1/2 cups mayonaise
1/4 pound velveeta; cut into 1/4 inch cubes
3 jalapeno peppers; seeded, finely chopped
12 ritz crackers; crushed
1 tablespoons butter; melted
1 green onion; sliced
3/4 cup panko bread crumbs; optional

Original recipe makes 10 Servings

Heat oven to 350.

Beat cream cheese and mayo in bowl until well blended. Stir in velveeta and peppers; spread into 9-in pie plate. Mix crumbs and butter, sprinkle over dip. (or, I used panko instead of the ritz crackers, and it was amazing)

Bake for 20 minutes. Top with onions
