A similar taste to Chili's, these are awesome and really easy to prepare
Cook chicken in skillet using olive oil. Remove and cut into small cubes.
Heat oil in saucepan and cook onion until softened. Stir in black beans, corn, salsa, sugar, salsa, and pepper. Mix well. Cook about 3 minutes.
Melt butter (2 tbls) in pan . Put a tortilla in skillet. Top with some cheese and about 1/2 cup of mixture. Press another tortilla on top, pressing all over gently. Cook until browned. Turn over and brown other side.
Slice with pizza cutter into triangles.
