Heat oven to 180*C
Measure dry ingredients into a bowl
Melt butter and syrup together, pour into dry ingredients and mix well.
Make into 20-28 balls
Space widely on two baking sheets and press down slightly
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
Cool on a wire rack
They will be soft when they come out of the oven
