Besan ki kadhi.
Mix besan, yogurt, water and add all dry spices.
Heat oil and ghee.
Add mustard seeds.
Continuously stirring add the mixture. Stir for 5 mins and then add garlic and green chilli.
Continuously stirring bring the mixture to a boil on high heat. Then reduce the heat and let it cook for 45 mins, occasionally stirring.
Add some more water when/if needed. Cook till oil separates.
Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with roti or rice.
