Suggest a better descriptionPut popcorn in large, shallow roasting pan. In heavy 1-1/2 quart saucepan, stir sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat. Without stirring, boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popcorn, stirring to coat well. Bake in 250 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove. Spoon popcorn onto large piece of foil. Break apart as popcorn cools. Makes 3 quarts
