Suggest a better description1. Season both sides of roast with house seasoning.
2. Add half of the chopped onions and half of the carrots and potatoes to bottom of crock pot.
3. Add roast. Top roast with remaining onions and vegetables.
4. Cover with beef broth.
5. Add cream of mushrooms, onion soup mix and dash of Worcestershire.
6. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours. House seasoning Equal parts salt, pepper, and garlic powder
