Easy twist to tacos! I have younger children that had a hard time eating a taco so I thought this would be easier and less messy for them. Plus its just very yummy!
Brown hamburger and drain, add taco seasoning and cook using packets directions, put aside. Cut tortillas into bite size pieces and ad to a large pan with oil and crisp them to desired crispiness. I sprinkle tortillas while cooking with seasoned salt, use as much or as little as you like. Fry the corn in a separate pan or just warm the corn up in microwave, I fry it I think it gives it a great flavor. Mix the hamburger and corn the large pan with tortillas and warm. Top with cheese, sour cream, and or guacamole.
