Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pour water into 12x9 inch baking dish.
2.Whisk together oil, salt, oregano, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Add potatoes and toss.
3. Pour into the baking dish roast potatoes 30 minutes, turning halfway through. Drizzle lemon juice over top and roast 10-15 minutes longer until brown and cooked through.
