1 ds Tabasco; (to taste)
3 tb Butter; melted
4 tb Lobster tomalley; (optional)
1 c Ritz crackers; crushed
1 lb Lobster meat; cut up
1/2 ts Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 ts Salt

Original recipe makes 2



Place lobster meat in bottom of 1 qt. casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Mix cracker crumbs, tomalley, worcestershire sauce, salt, and butter. let the lobster come through. so many recepies use cream or cheese! beleive me i love those ingredients but, not with lobster. i'm from new england and this is how its done. i do think ill try some old bay..
