Ingredients

Are you making this? 
4 cups 1% Milk
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
1 package Sugar Free Instant Pudding; - Jell-O, Vanilla
6 teaspoons Splenda; - or generic sucralose
1 teaspoon Mace; (or nutmeg)
6 ounces Dark rum; - or 1 tsp rum extract

Original recipe makes 6

Servings  

Preparation

Whisk pudding mix into 2 cups milk. When blended, add remainder of ingredients. Stir or whisk until mixed thoroughly. Refrigerate for a few hours to allow it to thicken. Makes six 1-cup servings

Each (1 cup) serving (including rum) contains an estimated:

Cals: 208, FatCals: 26, TotFat: 3g

SatFat: 2g, PolyFat: 0g, MonoFat: 1g

Chol: 10mg, Na: 340mg, K: 515mg

Notes

While this stuff is delicious, you'll probably want to stick to one cup if you're watching carbs and cals. But it's MUCH better than the Whole-Fat, Sugar Filled version.

While this stuff is delicious, you'll probably want to stick to one cup if you're watching carbs and cals. But it's MUCH better than the Whole-Fat, Sugar Filled version. [I posted this recipe.]
