In bowl, blend together all ingredients. Pour into shell. Bake in moderate (375 degrees) oven for 50 - 55 min. or until knife inserted in or near center comes out clean. Cool. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
(I'm sure that baked, mashed sweet potato could be substituted for the pumpkin to make sweet potato pie.)
