I make this the day after Thanksgiving every year!
Unroll crescents and using a knife, cut cross-wise to get 4 small triangles. On a baking sheet, arrange triangles to attach to other triangles to make a circle with the third angle of each triangle sticking out.
Mix all non-crescent ingredients together. Put 1/4 cup of mixture into the middle of each triangle. Pull up the third outer angle over the mixture and press to seal.
Brush tops with egg. Bake at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes, until the crescent rolls are nice and golden brown.
