Mandarin Orange Fluff Salad
In saucepan, bring water to a boil. Whisk in gelatin and pudding mix. Return to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Cool completely. Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows, and oranges. Spoon into serving bowl or individual serving dishes. Cover. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Variations: Substitute lime gelatin and pineapple or strawberry or black cherry gelatin and cherries.
