Excellent marinade, no single ingredient dominates the flavor
Mix all marinade ingredients together with a wisk. Pour over roasts and marinate for 8-24 hours.
Grill roasts on high (450 degrees) searing on each side for 7- 8 minutes on each side. Next, turn the middle of the grill off and cook indirectly until the roast reaches 130 degrees in the middle for medium. Let roasts rest wrapped in foil for 5-10 minutes before slicing on the bias.
