Suggest a better description1. In a large stock pot, combine and whisk together until smooth all 8 cans of soup
2. Add chicken broth
3. Add tomatoes, salsa, green chilies, onion, garlic, chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste
4. Bring to a full boil, then reduce heat and simmer for one hour
5. Add cilantro and chicken, and then simmer for one more hour (or less.)
While soup is simmering, make your tortilla strips as follows:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan
2. Cut tortillas into thin strips and fries and hot oil until they just begin turning brown
Serve soup with tortilla strips and shredded cheese
