This is a simple yet delicious dish that I make about once a week.
Prepare 3 bags of chicken flavored ramen according to package instructions.
Meanwhile in a large pan, pour in olive oil, butter, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook for 3 minutes and then add shrimp. After steaming broccoli, add that also.
Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Drain ramen and add that to the pan. Mix and let stand for 2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
