Delicious lamb chops served with roasted veg:)
Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl. Add chili if you prefer things spicy.
Put the lamb chops in oven bag use more then one if needed.
Pour the mixture in the bag with the chops and tie it in a knot
.sit the chops in a tray incase if leakage.
Cook for around 2 hours on 170-180d
In the mean time ,
Cut your veg up and par
Cook in water (except the pumpkin)
Once par cooked put in a baking dish and spray with olive oil
Rub chicken salt and Cajun season onto the veg before roasting them. Spray the olive oil over spuds
To cook and crisp up:-)
When chops are ready after 2 hours pour the bags into a baking tray and cook on high for 5-10 minutes to dry
Some of the sauce up. The bones should pretty much be falling off the meat.:)
