Saute onions and bell pepper. Add soups, tomatoes, chili powder, and oregano. In casserole, layer torn-uup tortillas. Cover with 1/2 of chicken, 1/2 soup mixture, and 1/2 cheese. Repeat.
Bake 45-60 minutes at 325 degrees covered. Uncover and continue baking for 15 minutes.
