Our kids love this recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great served with watermelon or cantaloupe and a fresh garden salad.
Heat oven to 375F. Spray 10 muffin cups. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Roll each biscuit into 5-inch circle. Firmly press a biscuit in each prepared muffin cup, covering bottom and sides.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add in milk and eggs. Beat at low speed until smooth. Stir in cheese and onions.
Spoon half of sausage into bottom of dough-lined muffin cup, cover with cheese mixture. Top with remaining sausage.
Bake 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Ovens sometimes cook at different speeds, as do different types of muffin tins. Check at 18 minutes and cook as long as 27 minutes, if needed.
