Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 400. coat muffin pan with cooking spray. Prepare corn muffin mix according to package. Add egg and milk. let rest for 5 minutes. Cut hot dogs into 1 inch pieces.
Scoop 1 tablespoon into each mini muffin cup. Place one hot dog in the middle of each cup. Bake for 10 minutes.
Run a knife along the edge of each muffin and turn them out.
