Cheesy Potatoes
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine hash browns, onion, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mixing chicken soup and sour cream together first helps.
Put in 9 x 13 baking dish.
Melt butter and pour over top.
Sprinkle with crushed potato chips.
Bake one hour at 375 degrees.
Can make day ahead and refrigerate.
