This is really an awesome receipe and very easy too.
All the ingredients used are easily available in the market.
Soak frozen peas in hot water for ½ an hour .In another vessel of hot water soak cottage cheese with
Pinch of salt and turmeric. This procedure makes paneer very soft , tender and delicious.
In mean time soak khus khus for 15 mins and grind to make a paste of it and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan .Add onions and sauté until you get a light pinkish color .
After onions are sauted well add ginger paste, garlic paste ,turmeric ,salt,black pepper, cumin powder ,coriander powder and mixed spices masala.
Saute it in a low flame until oil gets separated from masala.
Then add tomato and chilly sauce. Continuing sauting for another 5 mins.
After that add khus khush and little water and continue stirring for 5 mins.
Add peas and panner and cover up the lid for boil in low falme .
After 15 mins add milk and butter and stir the whole gravy once again .
Now take it of from the gas and let the gravy cool down.
After half an hour serve with Plain rice or Phulkas.
