Inspired by the classic Frankie & Benny's pasta dish!
Begin by heating up a pan of water for the pasta on high setting. Cut the chicken in to evenly sized pieces, and do the same with the bacon. Add to a frying pan. When the water in the pan is brought to the boil, add the pasta, and reduce the heat. At the same time, heat another pan on moderate heat and add the milk and pepper cream cheese to it.
Cook the chicken and bacon until the bacon starts to turn crispy, then add the chopped chillis, keep cooking the pasta until al dente (around 11 minutes,) and the cream cheese until it has been reduced to a slightly runny sauce.
Once the pasta is nearly cooked, add the rest of the ingredients to the pan, and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce nicely coats the pasta. Serve in even amounts.
If you want the cream cheese sauce to be thicker, try adding more cream cheese, or using cream instead of milk. If you can't find pepper cream cheese, just add black peppercorns to normal cream cheese.
