Suggest a better description1. Set the oven to 200°C (fan) / 200 / GM7
2. Heat the oil in a pan, then add the chicken, drizzle with lemon juice, season and sprinkle with smoked paprika, then brown
3. Remove the chicken from the pan, then add the onion and pancetta cubes for a couple of minutes, then add the garlic and keep stirring for a minutes
4. Add the rice and stir to coat then add the stock, more lemon juice, the thyme, the can of red kidney beans in chilli sauce, the mixed beans, the chilli flakes and a twist of black pepper
5.Bring to the boil, then add the chicken back to the pan, put the lid on and pop into the oven for 50 mins
