Into the crock pot, turn on, go to bed and wake up to breakfast
Spray crock with non stick cooking spray.
Add all ingredients, except nuts into crock.stir pot. Set to cook on low for 7 hours.
Ready for breakfast after about 7 hours.
Top with nuts and/or honey, agave. Add additional milk if desired.
I use a 6 quart crock, with a timer that can be set to cook for specific time and then switches to warm. Works perfect. I choose note to peel my fruit, this is a personal choice. You can peel them if you would like.
