These devilled eggs use mayo instead of sweetened salad dressings. Still delish, they have no sugar and are a very versatile and delish snack food.

hard boil the eggs and let cool in cold water
peel and rinse
cut each in half legthwise and gently scoop out the yolks, placing them in a food processor with the normal blade
add mayo to the food processor - start with 1/2 cup
process
add teaspoon of mustard and pinch of sea salt and continue to process
add more mayo if mixture is still dry
place mixture into piping bag with flower tip and press out air. Use bag to fill each egg in a circular motion, extending the cream past the edges of the hole so the entire egg looks filled.
Sprinkle each with paprika and serve or refrigerate with toothpicks and cellophane for serving later.
