Suggest a better descriptionBoil the past for 8 mins until tender, drain and cool under cold water. Drain again and put in a bowl. Tear the basil including the stalks into a food processor. Add the oil, parmesan, garlic and half the pine nuts and whizz to a pesto-like dressing.
Stir the dressing through the pasta then season. Add the mozzarella, tomatoes and a handful of rocket. Scatter with the remaining pine nuts and Parmesan. Top with the remaining rocket and serve.
