Suggest a better descriptionCook pasta shells till tender. Cook bacon. Crumble. Set aside. Add olive oiil saute mushrooms. Set aside. Sauté chopped onion and spinach. When almost done add chopped tomato...sauté couple minutes longer. Mix all together, season with garlic powder, salt, and parsley. Add a bit of Monterrey jack cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
You can use rice, potato chunks, or whatever else you want, in place of pasta
