Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan. Brush olive oil over both sides of bruschetta. Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 5-10 mins, until lightly toasted.
2. Meanwhile, mix together ricotta and honey. Spread ricotta mixture over bruschetta. Arrange pear slices and prosciutto over ricotta.
3. Place on a serving platter, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and top with basil and cracked pepper.
TIP
For wafer-thin slices of pear, use a mandolin slicer or a small sharp knife.
