Preheat oven to 450
Spray mini muffin tins
in a hot frying pan cook "riced" cauliflower until its translucent ( 6-8 Mins) remove then let cool
Mix all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Combine with cauliflower and mix well.
spoon into molds and press down firmly. important step otherwise these wont stick together
bake 25-30 min then remove and let cool in pans. ( important or the may fall apart)
