Home made pizza
Place dry ingredients in food processor, mix. While running, add thw water, then olive oil, then additional water until dough forms a ball. Turn out on floured surface, knead until smooth and supple. Cover and let rise app. 50 minutes. Put stone in oven, preheat to 500. Devide into 2 pieces, roll out between parchment paper, either 2, 12" pizzas, or 4, 8" calzones. Cover and let rise app. 25 minutes. Spread cold pizza sauce evenly over round, top with your choices. Bake on parchment paper 8-10 minutes or until crust is nicely browned. Let rest 3-5 minutes befor serving.
