10 inch pizza crust
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Set aside for 5 minutes.
With food processor and steel blade attachment add flour and salt into container.
combine oil with yeast mixture. while processor is running pour yeast mixture through opening in the cover.
Process just until dough ball forms. Flour hands, and knead dough with fingers, shape into a ball.
Place ball into a greased bowl and cover. allow to rise 30 min. Punch down. shape to fit greased pizza pan.
top with favorite topping then bake at 450- 500 degrees until crust is golden brown .
